We are looking for a Tech Lead (.NET) to join our team.

What you will do:

:]< Lead the technical direction of a development team;
:]< Design scalable software architecture and drive key technical decisions;
:]< Mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance;
:]< Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to deliver business value;
:]< Promote engineering best practices, code quality and continuous improvement.

What we expect:

:]< 7+ years of experience with C# and .NET;
:]< Previous experience leading development teams or technical initiatives;
:]< Strong knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems;
:]< Experience with Azure cloud technologies;
:]< Experience with Kubernetes and Docker;
:]< Experience with event-driven architecture;
:]< Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Nice to have:

:]< Experience with CI/CD pipelines;
:]< Microsoft Azure certifications;
:]< Experience working in an international environment.
