We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our team.

What you will do:

:]< Lead and support 4 Team Leads responsible for a total of up to 12 engineers;
:]< Oversee the delivery of a product consisting of 4 different services and functionalities;
:]< Work closely with Team Leads on planning, estimations, requirements and delivery;
:]< Provide guidance and support to Team Leads in their day-to-day leadership responsibilities;
:]< Challenge technical decisions and engage in architectural and engineering discussions when needed;
:]< Ensure effective collaboration between teams and alignment with overall product and engineering goals.

What we expect:

:]< Previous experience as a software engineer/developer with a strong Microsoft technology stack background;
:]< Proven experience managing engineering or development teams;
:]< Experience managing Team Leads or similar technical leadership roles;
:]< Strong technical understanding and the ability to challenge architectural and development decisions;
:]< Experience with people management, including 1:1s, mentoring and performance discussions;
:]< Strong delivery, planning and organizational skills;
:]< Ability to communicate fluently in English.

Nice to have:

:]< Experience working with multiple development teams;
:]< Experience with enterprise software and distributed systems;
:]< Experience with cloud technologies and modern software architecture.
